These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44bet ("44bet", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online betting platform at 44bet.buzz. By registering, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 44bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered on 44bet, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, poker, triple card games, and all promotional offers. Promotion-specific terms may be published separately and are to be read together with these Terms. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail only with respect to that promotion.

44bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 44bet will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 44bet after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

To register and maintain an account on 44bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to satisfy any requirement may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register on 44bet.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladesh phone number.
• You must not hold more than one active account on 44bet. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided without notice.
• You must not be a self-excluded player on 44bet or any affiliated responsible gaming registry at the time of registration.

44bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — during registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any account review. Players must cooperate fully with all KYC requests. Failure to complete KYC verification may cause withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Each registered player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 44bet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login details.

• Use a unique, strong password for your 44bet account. Do not reuse a password from any other website or service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to represent 44bet.
• Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected]. 44bet will investigate all reported security incidents on a best-efforts basis.
• 44bet may suspend or restrict any account showing signs of compromise or unusual activity pending investigation. During any investigation period, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

44bet uses SSL encryption across all platform pages. However, players are responsible for their own device security. 44bet strongly recommends that players avoid accessing their accounts from shared or public devices.

44bet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally available payment methods. All financial transactions on 44bet are subject to the terms in this section and any additional payment-specific terms published on the platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Current accepted methods are shown in your account cashier section.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. 44bet does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays until verification is complete.
• 44bet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, or Terms violations are suspected.

44bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their bank or mobile wallet provider.

Deposits that remain inactive with no wagers placed for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. 44bet will notify the player via their registered email before any balance adjustment is made.

44bet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. 44bet reserves the right to void bonus claims where promotional abuse is detected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated slot game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to their own wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 44bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has opted in, qualifying deposits or wagers made in good faith at the time of cancellation will be honoured.

Players must not use bonus funds to place wagers that guarantee a mathematical advantage against the platform, or hedge positions to ensure a net profit from bonus funds alone. Such activity constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all related bonus funds and winnings being voided.

All wagers placed on 44bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event type being wagered upon. In the event of any dispute concerning the settlement of a wager, the decision of 44bet's trading and settlements team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure described in Section 13.

• All bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. In live betting markets, odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. The odds shown at the exact moment the player presses the bet confirmation button are the binding odds for that wager.
• 44bet reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed based on erroneous odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error. Players will be notified and any stakes associated with voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance.
• If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after a bet is placed, 44bet will settle the affected markets according to the specific rules for that sport. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payouts per bet are subject to per-sport and per-market limits communicated within the relevant betting market. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout limit will be capped at that maximum regardless of the displayed potential returns at the time of bet placement.
• 44bet strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, arbitrage tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets on the platform. Any account found using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated bets and winnings voided.

In the event of a genuine dispute regarding bet settlement, players must contact 44bet support at [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 44bet will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days of receiving a complete submission.

44bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable betting environment for all players. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment. If it ceases to be enjoyable and begins to feel compulsive, uncontrollable, or financially harmful, it is important to seek help immediately. 44bet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits from their account settings. When the session limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion for a period of their choice — from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the player's account is suspended and login, deposit, and betting are all disabled. Requests must be submitted to [email protected].
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during their session reminding them how long they have been playing and the net result of their session to that point.

44bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if any of the following circumstances apply. 44bet will endeavour to communicate the reason for account action to the player via their registered email address, except where legal or regulatory obligations prevent disclosure.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the 44bet platform.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age or that false age information was provided during registration.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request, or identification by 44bet's responsible gaming systems that a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be withheld pending investigation.

All content on the 44bet platform — including the 44bet brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, images, video content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 44bet or its licensed content providers. No part of the 44bet platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 44bet.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44bet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, index, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 44bet platform. Unauthorised use of 44bet intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bet's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 44bet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 44bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of the platform.
• 44bet shall not be liable for any service interruption, data loss, or financial loss resulting from events beyond 44bet's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, natural disasters, or government or regulatory actions.
• 44bet does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available or error-free, or that any platform content is accurate, complete, or current at all times. 44bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned maintenance periods that affect platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 44bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by 44bet's own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

44bet collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, and platform usage. All personal data is processed in accordance with 44bet's Privacy Policy, available at 44bet.buzz/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the 44bet Privacy Policy.

44bet will not sell, rent, or transfer player personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent. Player data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

44bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the terms under which bonuses or withdrawals are processed — 44bet will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via their registered email address before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of 44bet after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If a player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease use of the platform and contact 44bet support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any verified remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations as recognised in the jurisdiction in which 44bet operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 44bet's internal process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in force at the time of the dispute.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, players must first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 44bet support at [email protected]. 44bet commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to working in good faith with the player toward a fair resolution. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate to formal arbitration.
